However, we do offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

- The item received is incorrect

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If your request is approved:
- A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or
- A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method

Non-refundable situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Items returned without prior approval
- Products that have been used or are no longer in original condition
