However, if a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you immediately.

Customers are responsible for verifying the product size and details before placing an order. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size. In case of an exchange request, it may be processed only if the customer covers the shipping costs.
